REVIEW: BN Pore? No More

Blackheads are really irritating. I consider them as skin diseases that everyone has. It is caused by #DIRT. And these would probably cause the inflammation under the skin which results to PIMPLES. Yay! It wasn't really easy to get rid of them. There are a lot of tutorials we can find online on how to eliminate blackheads and there are also some mask/nose strips that literally pulls out blackheads. Consider BN's "Pore? No more" one great solution.

What it claims:

"Effectively pulls out blackheads, whiteheads and deep-seated dirt in just one magical strip. Also helps tighten the pores and avoid bacterial growth on the skin surface"

Packaging:

It comes from a parallelogram shaped plastic,cellophane like packaging which is sealed all around.

On the top left, there's a cut out part which will help you open the packaging easier.

It has a 5 M-shaped strips that looks like this:

Directions:

After washing the face, remove the strip's transparent film and put the sticker on the nose. Leave it for at least 15 minutes and the vigorously pull off.

I didn't follow instructions. Instead letting it sit for 15 minutes, I left it overnight on my nose as recommended by BN's staff. I also used exfoliating gel before putting on the magic strip so my pores would open up.

Tip: Wet your fingertips with a little water while applying the strips. This will help you manage the strip to stick on the inner sides of the nose.

The next day, I literally took it off. It's a bit ouchy since the strip's adhesive stick very much on my skin. I guess, that's normal. Here's what I've got after removing them.

 

Gross right???

It did removed some of my blackheads on my first use which is truly amazing. But it only worked well on the tip, columella and a little on the upper part of my alae and dorsum. It wasn't able to take off the those blackheads located deep down the lower part of my alae. Maybe they need to be pricked out. But, NO NO NO. I won't do that.

FINAL VERDICT

What I liked about it:

- Very handy

- Affordable 

- Really pulls out blackheads

- Easy to use

- Fits perfectly on my nose

- Easy to find

What I don't like about it:

- Only contains 5 strips

- Ouchy when you take it off your nose

- Strip is a bit hard (needs water to be well-managed)

Will I recommend this?

YES, if you have extremely large irritating blackheads. This product works great on bigger ones. And if you're asking if I'll buy this in the future, I will. So far it did went good on my 1st use. So most probably it'll do better on the next days.
